Beatriz is a yogi, mathematician and Founder of Butterfly Spirit Yoga, certified RYT-500 by Yoga Alliance.

Aromatherapy is the practice of using plant-based essential oils to support emotional and physical wellbeing. Through scent and application, it is often used to encourage relaxation, balance and a deeper sense of presence.
