Beatriz is a yogi, mathematician and Founder of Butterfly Spirit Yoga, certified RYT-500 by Yoga Alliance.

All yoga poses and sequences can be modified to your unique body and experience, offering gentle and accessible instruction we want to help you build a strong foundation and enjoy your practice so you can feel good in your own movements.
Not all online classes are equal. Butterfly Spirit Yoga has expert qualifications and many years of experience teaching and practicing various styles of yoga supported by some of the best teachers in the world, so you can be safe as you explore and find the practices that resonate with you the most which will be most beneficial for your well-being.

Yes. Our Vinyasa series, in particular, is a dynamic and invigorating flow practice, where movements are linked with the breath in a smooth transition or Vinyasa.
The magic of yoga is that you also get a work-in, experiencing wellness not only physically, but you also benefit from greater mental and spiritual well-being.
All you need for a good yoga practice is yourself and your breath. Wear comfortable clothing and simply take a moment to welcome yourself to your space.
