Strala Yoga is a way of being, moving and feeling that draws inspiration from the healing wisdoms of Tai Chi, QiGong and traditional Chinese & Japanese medicine.

As you engage in this practice, you will cultivate balance, strength and flexibility while nurturing a deep sense of calm and focus.
