Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced practice, that offers the perfect sanctuary to unwind, let go and deeply relax your nervous system, soothing the mind and helping to alleviate anxiety.

A Yin practice embraces a passive approach. In this class, you will experience the profound effects of extended pose holds that enable a gentle release of muscles and the elongation of connective tissues, targeting the joints, bones and deep fascia. This fosters enhanced flexibility and improved circulation, while bringing about a sense of freedom from tension and stress, creating spaciousness within the body and mind.

Acceptance is the essence of Yin. Listening to your body, resolving to remain still, honouring our edges without struggle, a Yin practice can bring a lot of serenity and resilience to our lives.
