Restorative Yoga is a practice of stillness, relaxation and deep renewal — an invitation into surrender and release.
Supported by props and gentle positioning, the body is invited to release all effort, allowing the nervous system to soften and recalibrate. In this space of deep rest, healing unfolds naturally, and awareness becomes quiet and expansive.
Using carefully chosen props such as bolsters, blankets, pillows and straps, the body is gently held in postures for extended periods, encouraging the gradual release of physical tension and a profound sense of inner ease.
This practice offers balance to a more active lifestyle, supporting recovery, emotional release and nervous system regulation. Especially nourishing during times of fatigue, stress or transition, it invites a return to harmony across body, mind and breath.
A gentle space where rest becomes practice, and stillness becomes nourishment.
Accessible to all levels.
